1. Using LoadKit
By creating an account or using LoadKit, you agree to these Terms. If you use LoadKit for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. LoadKit provides software tools only and does not act as a carrier, broker, insurer, legal adviser, accountant or transportation authority.
2. Accounts, Security, and Termination
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and the people you allow into your workspace. You keep ownership of the information and documents you upload, and you give LoadKit permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service. LoadKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
3. Plans, billing and referrals
Paid plans are billed at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing-management option available in your LoadKit account or contact support@loadkit.app if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewals; any access remaining in a paid billing period, refunds, and exceptions are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Trials, credits, promotions, and referral rewards are subject to the eligibility conditions presented with the offer and may be withheld or reversed in cases of duplicate claims, abuse, or fraud.
4. Responsible use
You are responsible for reviewing information before using it in your operation. AI-assisted, document-reading, and calculation features may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use LoadKit for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, harmful software, or misuse of another company’s information.
5. Limitation of liability and "As Is"
LoadKit may update, improve, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. LoadKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
