1. Using LoadKit
By creating an account or using LoadKit, you agree to these Terms. If you use LoadKit for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. LoadKit provides software tools only and does not act as a carrier, broker, insurer, legal adviser, accountant or transportation authority.
2. Accounts and your content
You are responsible for your account, login credentials and the people you allow into your workspace. You keep ownership of the information and documents you upload. You give LoadKit permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service.
3. Plans, billing and referrals
Paid plans are billed at the price and billing cycle shown when you subscribe and renew until canceled. Payments are handled by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Trials, credits, promotions and referral rewards are subject to the eligibility terms shown in LoadKit and may be denied in cases of abuse, duplicate claims or fraud.
4. Responsible use
You are responsible for reviewing information before using it in your operation. AI-assisted, document-reading and calculation features may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use LoadKit for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, harmful software or misuse of another company’s information.
5. Service terms and contact
LoadKit may update, improve or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoadKit is provided “as is” and is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from use of the service.
