LoadKit may collect account and company information, workspace activity, device and usage data, support information, referral data, and the business information or documents you choose to add to the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure LoadKit, provide requested features, manage accounts and subscriptions, process documents and AI-assisted tasks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate about the service, and improve the product.
3. Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Stripe. LoadKit may also use service providers for hosting, databases, email, analytics, security, and AI processing. When you upload business documents such as rate confirmations, bills of lading, or proof-of-delivery records, information in those documents may be processed by providers supporting the document-reading or AI-assisted features you use. We share information with service providers as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, or support the service, subject to their applicable contractual and privacy obligations. LoadKit does not sell your personal information to advertisers.
4. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LoadKit, maintain account history, meet legal or billing requirements, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no online service can guarantee complete security.
5. Your choices and contact
Subject to applicable law and your account permissions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by emailing support@loadkit.app. Please identify the account or workspace involved so we can review and verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or billing purposes. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages using the instructions included in those messages.
